本規約は、uesugiyuuto（以下「運営者」）が提供するSimplePomo（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリは現在リリース準備中です。
1. 本アプリの目的と利用許諾
本アプリは、集中と休憩の時間を区切り、日々の集中記録を確認するためのタイマーです。App Storeから取得する本アプリの利用許諾にはApple標準EULAが適用されます。本規約は本アプリ固有の条件を補足し、Apple標準EULAを置き換えません。利用許諾について矛盾する場合はApple標準EULAが優先します。
2. 無料機能とPro
本アプリは無料で利用でき、コントロールセンターの操作と7つのSiriショートカットは無料機能に含まれます。Proは非消費型の買い切りアプリ内課金として提供します。日本向けの予定価格は500円です。実際の価格と通貨は購入時のApp Store表示を確認してください。
Proには、5つの環境音、4つのテーマ、インタラクティブウィジェット、AlarmKitによる終了アラーム、90分を超えて最大180分までの集中時間、60分を超えて最大90分までの長い休憩の設定が含まれます。Proはファミリー共有に対応しません。購入の復元は「購入を復元する」からAppleの購入情報を同期して行います。
3. 投げ銭、決済と返金
3段階の投げ銭は消費型のアプリ内課金です。開発を応援するための任意の購入であり、機能の解放やProの購入にはなりません。決済はAppleが処理します。返金の可否と手続きは、法令上の権利を妨げない範囲でAppleの規約と手続きに従います。
4. 通知、アラームと動作環境
iOS・iPadOS 26.4以降に対応します。通知やアラーム、システム連携の動作は、iOSの権限、集中モード、消音設定、AlarmKit、端末やOSの状態に依存します。通知やアラームが必ず届くこと、正確な時刻で動作することを保証しません。重要な予定の唯一の通知手段にはしないでください。
5. データとフィードバック
タイマーの設定や記録は端末内に保存し、独自アカウントやiCloud同期は使用しません。アプリの削除や端末の紛失・故障などでデータが失われる場合があります。詳しくはSimplePomoプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
アプリ内フィードバック機能は現在未実装で、今後の導入を予定しています。導入後、運営者は送信された内容を不具合の調査や機能改善に使用できますが、返信の義務は負いません。送信内容と運用条件は、機能公開前にプライバシーポリシーへ記載します。
6. 禁止行為と権利
法令に違反する利用、本アプリや第三者サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正アクセス、Apple標準EULAで認められない解析・改変、運営者や第三者の権利を侵害する行為を禁止します。本アプリの著作権その他の知的財産権は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. 変更と責任
運営者は合理的な理由により、機能や対応環境を変更し、更新や配布を終了する場合があります。法令上必要な場合を除き、正確性、特定目的への適合性、継続的な利用やデータの保持を保証しません。本規約は、故意・重過失による責任や、法令により制限できない利用者の権利を制限しません。
8. お問い合わせと規約の更新
お問い合わせはAppLibraryの連絡先をご利用ください。アプリや適用法令の変更に応じて本規約を更新し、重要な変更は本ページまたはアプリ内の適切な方法でお知らせします。

These Terms describe the conditions for using SimplePomo (the “App”), provided by uesugiyuuto (the “Provider”). The App is being prepared for release.
1. Purpose and license
The App is a timer for structuring focus and rest periods and reviewing daily focus records. The Apple Standard EULA applies to the license for the App obtained through the App Store. These Terms supplement it with App-specific conditions and do not replace it. The Apple Standard EULA controls if the license terms conflict.
2. Free features and Pro
The App can be used for free. Control Center controls and seven Siri shortcuts are included in the free features. Pro is offered as a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase. The planned price in Japan is JPY 500. Check the actual price and currency displayed by the App Store before purchasing.
Pro includes five ambient sounds, four themes, interactive widgets, AlarmKit end alarms, focus durations above 90 minutes up to 180 minutes, and long breaks above 60 minutes up to 90 minutes. Pro does not support Family Sharing. Use “Restore Purchases” to sync purchase information through Apple and restore Pro.
3. Tips, payment and refunds
The three tip levels are consumable in-app purchases. Tips are optional purchases to support development; they do not unlock features or purchase Pro. Apple processes payments. Subject to rights that cannot be limited by law, refund eligibility and procedures follow Apple's terms and processes.
4. Notifications, alarms and system requirements
The App supports iOS and iPadOS 26.4 or later. Notifications, alarms and system integrations depend on iOS permissions, Focus mode, silent settings, AlarmKit, and device and operating system conditions. Delivery and exact timing are not guaranteed. Do not use the App as your only notification method for important events.
5. Data and feedback
Timer settings and records are stored locally. The App uses neither a separate account nor iCloud sync. Data may be lost if you delete the App or lose or damage your device. See the SimplePomo Privacy Policy for details.
The in-app feedback feature has not been implemented and is planned for a future release. After its introduction, the Provider may use submitted feedback to investigate problems and improve the App, without an obligation to reply. Sent fields and operational terms will be described in the Privacy Policy before the feature is released.
6. Prohibited conduct and rights
You must not use the App unlawfully, interfere with the App or third-party services, gain unauthorized access, analyze or modify the App in a way not permitted by the Apple Standard EULA, or infringe the rights of the Provider or others. Copyright and other intellectual property rights belong to the Provider or the applicable rights holder.
7. Changes and responsibility
For reasonable reasons, the Provider may change features or supported environments or discontinue updates or distribution. Except where required by law, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability and preservation of data are not guaranteed. These Terms do not limit liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.
