サポート

「花島」は、浮かぶ島に咲く花と時計を、空の時刻や天気とともに眺めるアプリです。

お問い合わせ

アプリの「設定」→ 右上の ⓘ「このアプリについて」→「フィードバックを送る」から送ってください。追加してほしい花は、図鑑の右上の「リクエスト」から送れます。

お名前や連絡先は届かないため、個別にお返事することはできません。いただいた声は、すべて読んで改善に使います。

よくある質問

購入した花が表示されません。

「設定」→ ⓘ「このアプリについて」→「購入を復元」を押してください。購入したときと同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしている必要があります。

現在地の天気になりません。

「設定」の「現在地の天気に合わせる」をオンにし、位置情報の利用を許可してください。天気は「リアルタイムに合わせる」がオンのときだけ現在地に合わせます。

音が出ません。

はじめは、マナーモードのときは音が出ません。「設定」の「音」で「マナーモード時は消音」をオフにすると、マナーモードでも鳴ります。

Flower Island: Living Sky lets you watch flowers and a clock on a floating island, with the sky changing with the time and weather.

Open Settings in the app, tap ⓘ (About This App) at the top right, then "Send Feedback." To ask for a new flower, tap "Request" at the top right of the Collection.

Because your name and contact details aren't sent, we can't reply individually. We read everything we receive and use it to improve the app.

FAQ

My purchased flower doesn't appear.

Go to Settings → ⓘ (About This App) → "Restore Purchases." You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

The weather doesn't match where I am.

Turn on "Match My Local Weather" in Settings and allow location access. Local weather applies only while "Follow Current Time" is on.

There's no sound.

By default, the app is silent while your device is in Silent mode. To hear it in Silent mode, turn off "Mute in Silent Mode" in the Sound tab of Settings.
