利用規約
この規約は「花島」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリを使うことで、この規約に同意したものとします。
花の購入
一部の花は、買い切りのアプリ内課金で加えられます。購入した花は、同じ Apple アカウントの端末で「購入を復元」から使えます。お支払いと返金は App Store の定めに従います。
フィードバック
送っていただいたフィードバックや花のリクエストは、本アプリの改善のために使うことがあります。お名前や連絡先などの個人情報は書かないでください。
してはいけないこと
法令に反する行為、本アプリの運営を妨げる行為、本アプリを複製・改変・再配布する行為をしないでください。
表示について
天気・時刻・太陽と月の表示は目安です。正確さは保証しません。
責任
本アプリの利用で生じた損害について、開発者は、故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
変更と終了
本アプリの内容やこの規約は、変えたり、提供を終えたりすることがあります。この規約を変えるときは、このページで知らせます。
準拠法
この規約は日本法に従って解釈されます。

Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Flower Island: Living Sky ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Flower Purchases
Some flowers can be added as one-time in-app purchases. Purchased flowers are available on devices signed in with the same Apple Account through "Restore Purchases." Payments and refunds follow the App Store's policies.
Feedback
We may use the feedback and flower requests you send to improve the app. Please don't include personal information such as your name or contact details.
What Not to Do
Don't use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or copy, modify, or redistribute it.
About What's Shown
Weather, time, and sun and moon positions are approximate and not guaranteed to be accurate.
Liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
Changes and Discontinuation
The app and these terms may change, and the app may be discontinued. If these terms change, we'll post the update on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
